O’KellySutton team includes 15 professional accountants, payroll and VAT technicians who provide a full service offering including audit, financial accounting, management accounting, income tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax, capital acquisitions tax, company secretarial, VAT, Payroll, bookkeeping, and RCT. O’KellySutton were one of the first accounting firms in Ireland to roll out cloud accounting to its client base through its strategic partnerships with SURF and Xero.
Pat Sutton, FCCA, founding partner of O’KellySutton in 1994. For more than 26 years Pat has worked hands on with clients in Ireland and abroad developing business and financial strategies to enable profitable growth. He is director of a number of companies advising on corporate finance, financial management and business growth. He is an approved Consultant with Enterprise Ireland, Local Enterprises Offices and InterTrade Ireland. Pat is a regular media contributor on SME business planning matters. He is an executive member of County Kildare Chamber of Commerce and treasurer of Suncroft GAA Club. Pat is married to Mary and has three children. He enjoys cycling, gaelic games, and a life-long greyhound enthusiast.

Patrick O’Rourke B. Comm FCA, CTA, partner with responsibility for audit, tax planning and outsourcing service he joined O’KellySutton in 2006. A graduate of UCD, Patrick is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser having trained with KPMG and PWC. He is responsible for staff training & education, practice compliance and quality standards. On the tax side, Patrick advises many high net worth individuals on wealth creation / protection and on efficient tax structures. Patrick married to Triona and has three children. He is a part-time beef farmer and a keen GAA follower.
Paul works directly with clients, whether one-to-one with leaders and their teams, or by guiding multiple sessions involving as many as 8,000 team members across international organisations. We aim to provide you with a fixed fee quote that will cover the areas we will work on together. This will be based on the complexity and volume of the tasks involved. Should any additional assignments come up during the year then we will provide a quote in advance, unless the matter is urgent and it is in your best interests to take action on your behalf. We offer you the chance to pay our fees monthly and avoid having a large invoice in one go, which helps your cashflow. One thing is for sure, if you telephone with a query you won’t get a bill. We want you to let us know how you are.
If you want to keep your own accounting records, then that is fine. If you need some help then we can give you some training. Ensuring that you understand the best way to prepare your accounting information makes it easier for us to complete your accounts or tax return. If we do this for you then you can concentrate on running your business.
